Civad is one of the oldest, heavy industrial groups in France. They had a large quantity of very heavy duty welding and fabricating equipment that was used in the production of “Jack-up Rigs” for deep sea oil drilling platforms.

Civad needed the site cleared as soon as possible to re-allocate the space for different production requirements whilst achieving the highest possible return for the assets.

Apex sold all the assets and cleared the entire site in less than 10 weeks.
